The incidence of Candida has really surfaced in recent years and with many people reporting symptoms which may be associated with other ailments, the truth is, it’s more than likely as a result of yeast overgrowth.

What Is Candida?

Candida albicans is a microscopic yeast organism and flourishes when there is an imbalance of beneficial bacteria in our bodies. - eliminate sugar from your diet and replace it with natural substances such as Stevia

- stick to a strict liquid intake of water and herbal-based teas

- eliminate artificially flavored drinks from your diet such as soda

- avoid consuming white flour based products along with dairy products

- make organic vegetables a staple part of your diet
