What’s better, bagged tea or loose tea? There are many varieties of tea, loose and bagged. There are also many different variations of flavors. There’s blueberry green tea, mandarin green tea, lemon green tea, and many many other types of bagged tea. Loose tea tends to be more high quality. Bagged tea is generally the dust and scraps left over from making quality tea. So is there a difference in the benefits? Not really. You will, of course, get much better taste from higher quality tea, but if you’re just aiming for health benefits, then bagged is probably better, becasue it is both more accessible and cheaper.

Can green tea help with weight loss? A good question. It increases one’s metabolism rate somewhat, and this can help to burn calories faster. But realistically, the only way to burn fat efficiently is to eat health food and to exercise. Green tea can certainly help the process, but it is not the magic bullet cure for obesity.

Tea is cultivated in around 30 countries, but is has become used globally. Some countries use more than others, but the average quantity of tea drunken per person every year is .12 liters. The only drink consumed more is water. Green tea is different from other teas in that it is not oxidized. Because it is not oxidized, it keeps many of the natural polyphenols that oxidized teas do not keep. Green tea also contains high concentrations of EGCG, presently the strongest known antioxidant.

Are other kinds of tea worse than green tea? Teas like oolong and black teas? Green tea has always been the most attached to health and use for health purposes. Most likely, this is because it is the most natural out of the teas. Today natural things have become regarded as healthier, tus green tea is assumed to be better. Under close inspection though, and recent studies, this seems not to be the case. Black and ooong teas have health benefits almost exactly the same as green tea. Although, black tea has a much higher caffeine content than green tea; a consideration to take into account.

Purportedly, green tea also has many green tea health benefits. Cancer prevention, relaxation, and lowered cholesterol are among these. This is supposed to be because of its high levels of EGCG, antioxidants, and polyphenols. Green tea has been cultivated for around 5,000 years, developing in India and China. For a long time it has been regarded medically with effects such as easing the affects of alcohol, Improve Brain And Urinary Function , working as a stimulant, and many other things.
