Many people think you have to be very flexible to gain anything from doing Asana poses though that’s not true. It’s the Yoga form and breathing that vitalize the body, mind and soul.

Mastering each posture is key to achieving strength and having control. Once you accomplish this you can add the breathing or Prana as it is called. Together you have internal circulation and externally your body is also staying young. Just think about it. The skin itself stays elastic even if you’re like me not a flexible person even after years of practice. Again it’s in the form not how far you can bend.
